Eileen Fisher selected RIBA-AYDEPT to create the integrations for their implementation of the Radial Ecommerce solution. We developed integrations to manage and import their ecommerce inventory from MI9 to Radial. Integrations for the fulfillment of Radial ecommerce sales from Eileen Fisher’s WMS solution Manhattan scale were also implemented as part of the project.

Michael Kors hired RIBA-AYDEPT to integrate their ecommerce sites with Aptos Sales Audit. We developed integrations based on each region’s differing complexities and business rules. This allowed Michael Kors the ability to more quickly complete their financial reporting and include their ecommerce sales in enterprise returns.

Five Below engaged RIBA-AYDEPT to assist integrating Aptos POS with their Island Pacific ERP. To enable Endless Aisle at the stores, we created integrations for product, locations and inventory to Aptos EOM. This gave Five Below’s customers and employees the ability to have product visibility across the enterprise.

Windsor Store enlisted RIBA-AYDEPT to assist them with the data needed for their Ceridian Dayforce implementation. The project required data from multiple sources; integrations for daily sales from Aptos Sales Audit, payroll data from their HRIS solution and hourly traffic data from Multisite. This enabled Windsor to fully optimize their store staffing and scheduling capabilities.

Tory Burch did a POS upgrade to Aptos Store 6.4, making their existing mPOS solution obsolete. Tory Burch engaged RIBA-AYDEPT to help manage and deploy a new mobile solution at US stores. The updated mPOS solution leveraged iPods using E315 Verifone devices, and Adyen Payment solutions. Our experience with Aptos’ POS solution, mPOS solution, and payment integrations, helped Tory Burch smoothly implement mobile on time and on budget.

Nike embarked on a project to modernize, streamline, and globally deploy their Aptos point of sale solution. Aptos enlisted RIBA-AYDEPT to project manage the Aptos solution due to our extensive experience with the fiscal and compliance regulations enforced across the international landscape. With our assistance Nike was able to successfully deploy their updated solution to over 20 countries worldwide.

Ross wanted to improve their customer experience by offering guests the option of self checkout in stores. Aptos enlisted RIBA-AYDEPT to manage this project for Ross due to our experience with large implementations and our knowledge around the in-store experience and its impact on change management.

RIBA-AYDEPT helped True Religion in connecting their wholesale and retail operations. We created integrations between Full Circle, Manhattan Scale WMS, and Aptos Merchandising. This allowed True Religion to vertically integrate all inventory movements seamlessly between their different business operations.

Vineyard Vines selected RIBA-AYDEPT’s PO Express to aid them in streamlining their order process. PO Express allows Vineyard Vines to use custom tier-based approval rules to expedite their order process. In addition, PO Express project imports purchase orders from Vineyard Vines’ Boardwalk and Blue Cherry solutions directly into JDA MMS, for a full PO Management solution.

New Balance needed help integrating their wholesale inventory with Aptos EOM. RIBA-AYDEPT provided integrations between wholesale system Aurora, Aptos Merchandising, Aptos EOM and their financial system. This allows customers to place orders against available wholesale inventory and have purchase orders, invoices and inventory allocations update automatically between their retail and wholesale solutions.

Bob’s Stores and EMS partnered with us to migrate their legacy ERP to Aptos Merchandising. The data conversion included the amalgamation of three different retail businesses as separate companies requiring consolidation of master product data, transaction history, employees and customers. This allowed Vestis to manage all three businesses through a single instance of Aptos’ enterprise solutions.

Buckle selected RIBA-AYDEPT to manage and migrate from their legacy POS, Sales Audit and CRM/Loyalty systems to Aptos. Buckle relied on RIBA-AYDEPT’s extensive knowledge and expertise with the Aptos solutions to ensure their migration was delivered successfully on schedule and within scope and budget.

Rue21 chose RIBA-AYDEPT to help manage their migration from legacy POS, Sales Audit, Loss Prevention and CRM. Key benefits of the upgrade included centralized returns, flexible promotion engine, and a robust LP solution. During the process we managed multiple components of the project including overall project management, integrations, and POS hardware/software rollouts to roughly 1500 stores in North America on schedule and within budget.

Purdy’s enlisted RIBA-AYDEPT to help them solve disparate customer data between multiple systems. Purdy’s customer data was split between POS, ecommerce, marketing and an internal group fundraising system. RIBA consolidated customers from all sources into a single data repository providing Purdy’s visibility and analysis across all customer touch points.

Crocs needed assistance managing a new implementation of Aptos Analytics. Crocs was able to create a single source of truth to evaluate business performance, trends, and areas of opportunity. Since the initial implementation, Crocs has added additional Analytics modules such as Market Basket Analysis and upgraded to MicroStrategy 2019. RIBA-AYDEPT was selected to support the implementation and upgrades as we have knowledge regarding the Aptos suite and the required integrations to feed the necessary data elements into Analytics.
